Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Digital Products Text Image Clicker provides intangible, digital automation software licenses. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the order is completed and the license key has been delivered.
2. No Refund Policy By purchasing a license (Starter, Standard, or Lifetime), you acknowledge that:
- The sale is final once the license key is generated and sent to your email.
- You cannot return the product as the license key is considered “consumed” upon delivery.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their computer meets the minimum system requirements before purchasing.
3. Exceptions A refund may be considered ONLY under the following circumstances:
- If the license key provided is invalid or technically defective, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
- If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
