Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: The person who purchases the digital automation software from the textimageclicker.com website.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the digital software license, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER’s website.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION The product is the “Text Image Clicker” automation software license key. The type of license (7 Days, 30 Days, or Lifetime) is specified in the order details. The product is delivered digitally via email and/or download link.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product on the website and have given the necessary confirmation electronically. 4.2. The product is delivered instantly or within 24 hours to the email address provided by the BUYER. 4.3. Since the product is “Digital Content” and “Software,” the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service performance has begun (i.e., the license key has been revealed or delivered).
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXCEPTION Pursuant to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, contracts regarding “services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer” are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, since the license key is delivered digitally and instantly, refunds are not possible once the key has been sent.
